We have spent allot of time trying to reach the communities youth through outreach. Every week we see new faces and enjoy ministering to the youth.

The problem is that there are a few of the youth boys who come to our programs smelling like alcohol. They don't drink on the property or behave bad, they just smell of alcohol.

The problem is that the youth have picked it up and it's creating a quite a stir in our youth ministry what do I do? Any suggestions would help with this issue?
