Hey there!

My name is Quinton and together with my wife Jenna Lee Smith, we have been involved in youth ministry for the last 10 years of our lives. One of the biggest support and resources we have found is our fellow Youth Pastors. If it were not for the countless hours of conversation over a coffee table, I would not be here today in ministry. Plus I married one so that would never have happened.

This website is for all those youth pastors out there who walk the road of ministry, at times it gets rough and other times it’s the best thing in the world. I always say it’s the only Job where I never know what’s coming next.

Youth Pastor.co.za is a community based website. The community in its self is a dynamic resource to use for ministry and in your own personal growth. I pray that you will use the site to help unravel issues, get advise and have fun!

Please be sensitive and do not use names of people or places in reference. Rather speak out of love then hate. Respect your fellow youth worker, and church even if they has a different opinion to you. Always put Christ first.
