Use of the web site does not guarantee the user anything.
Users of the web site will not be allowed to tamper or do any thing that
might threaten the security of the web site.
All data contained in the website may not be used for anything other than
intended by the web site.
No advertising will be allowed to be distributed using the web data base,
the result of such an act will be harsh legal action.
No spamming will be tolerated of any kind.

Duration of Contract
The contract is subject to 2 years from the date signed.

Cancellation of Contract:
The contract can only be cancelled if both parties come to a consensual
agreement..
The contract can be cancelled if a double payment (2 months in advance) is
made to SA Connections accompanied by a written letter.
Once the two years have passed the contract still remain in place to govern
the relationship between the customer and Bright Idea Projects; however
cancellation can then be done by one month notice by a written letter or
email.
Payment
The payment commences from the day the contract is singed.
All payment as to be received before the 25th of the month.
Once the contract is signed the customer has seven days to set up the debit
order and notify Bright Idea Projects.
The payment must be made into the Bright Idea projects account.
Usage
The parameters for each web site are stipulated under the level of the web
package taken, once these parameters are exceeded the packages level will
need to be upgraded to suit the amount of usage.
Once the web site reaches 90% of its set parameter levels a notification
will be sent to the customer regarding the need to upgrade the level of the
customer’s package.
Once a notification is sent the customer will be held liable for over usage
of there website and be changer accordingly.
The upgrade of the account will result in a fee.
Proof of website and changes
The customer will need to sign a proof copy of the web page that states the
customer is satisfied with the end result, only then will the approved page
be loaded on the site.
Once the proof copy has been singed by the customer the website will be
listed.
Any changes or updates to the web site are subject to the package purchased
by the customer.
Ownership
The domain name remains the property of the client and will be registered in
the client’s name.
Bright Idea Projects retains the right to be placed as the administrator of
the domain until a cancellation of the contract is received.
The website will remain the property of Bright Idea Projects until the full
period stipulated within the contract; once the contract is cancelled by
written notice, clients have seven days to request the web site, there after
it is deleted.
Indemnity
Bright Idea Projects or any of its connected entities does no accept any
responsibility or consequence for any of loss of data or damage in any way
to business or person.
By signing the contract the customer is committed to all that is retained in
this document.
Bright Idea Projects cc is hereby indemnified from accepting any liability
or responsibility of
The Customer acknowledges that the Services are provided subject to all
applicable laws and the Customer accordingly hereby indemnifies Bright idea
Projects CC from any liability attributable to any regulatory body or civil
or criminal proceedings instituted against Bright idea Projects CC or for
any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any third party as a
consequence of any interruption or unavailability of the Services.
The Customer hereby unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies Bright idea
Projects CC and agrees to hold Bright idea Projects CC free from and
harmless against all losses suffered or incurred by the Customer or Bright
idea Projects CC or instituted Bright idea Projects CC by any third party as
a direct or indirect result of the Customer's use of the Services, the
Customer's failure to comply with any Bright idea Projects CC Terms, or any
downtime, outage, degradation of the network, interruption in or
unavailability of the Services. Included, but without limitation, within the
ambit of downtime, outage, degradation of the network, interruption, or
unavailability of the Services is any of the following: (i) software or
hardware service, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, modification, alterations,
replacement or relocation of premises affecting the Services, (ii)
non-performance or unavailability, of whatever nature and howsoever arising,
of any of the services provided by a electronic communications network or
service provider, including, but not limited to, line failure, or in any
international Services or remote mail servers, (iii) non-performance or
unavailability, of whatever nature and howsoever rising, of external
communications networks to which the Customer or Bright idea Projects CC
network infrastructure is connected and (iv) repairs, maintenance, upgrades,
modifications, alternations or replacement of any hardware forming part of
the Services or any faults or defects of whatever nature in such hardware.
